He apologises to the American People, but not to the Iraki People. This may be the Texan conception of apology: you bow to your "boys" when they bring chaos and destruction to a country and do not mention the occupied population. The speaker for the Democrats does not underline this point and neither does Margaret Beckett, Minister of British Foreign Affairs.
Let's hope the Irakis will show good taste and bend down their heads and beg the Americans for forgiveness!

Ce doit être la conception texane des excuses: on s'incline envers les "boys" quand ils déclenchent chaos et destruction dans un pays et on ne mentionne pas les populations occupées. Le porte-parole des Démocrates n'a pas souligné ce point et Margaret Beckett, Ministre britannique des Affaires Etrangères, non plus.
Espérons que les Irakiens auront le bon goût de baisser la tête et de supplier les Américains de leur pardonner!
